هذه الصفحة تشرح — بوضوح وبدون مبالغة — البيانات التي يتعامل معها تطبيق Win rah train عند استخدام ميزات رادار القطارات والخريطة والتنبيهات. التطبيق لا يطلب حسابًا ولا بريدًا ولا رقم هاتف، ولا يعرض إعلانات.
ملاحظة مهمة: هذا التطبيق خدمة معلومات مستقلة غير رسمية وغير تابعة للشركة الوطنية للنقل بالسكك الحديدية (SNTF). مواقع القطارات وأوضاعها يبنِي التطبيق على بيانات المصدر المفتوح وتقارير المستخدمين، وقد تكون غير دقيقة أو متأخرة، فلا تعتمد عليها وحدها لقرار السفر.

2. البيانات التي يعالجها التطبيق
الموقع الجغرافي: عند فتح «القطارات القريبة» أو تفعيل وضع المتابعة/المشاركة المباشرة، يرسل التطبيق إحداثيات جهازك (بالدقة التي تسمح بها صلاحية Android الممنوحة) إلى خادم الخدمة لحساب القطارات المجاورة. يتم ذلك فقط والتطبيق مفتوح وخدمة المتابعة تعمل في الواجهة.
معرّف الجلسة: ينشئ التطبيق معرّفًا تقنيًا عابرًا لحصّة المتابعة (مثل session_id) ليربط به مشاركتك وتقاريرك. المعرّف لا يكشف اسمك ولا يربطك بهوية شخصية.
بيانات الرحلة: الخط والمحطة ورحلة القطار واتجاهها التي تختارها لمتابعتها، لتعمل التنبيهات عند الاقتراب والوصول.
تقارير المستخدمين: ما ترسله أنت عمدًا من حالة القطار (مستوى الاكتظاظ، التأخير، ملاحظة نصية اختيارية). هذه التقارير تُعرض لمستخدمين آخرين، فلا تكتب فيها معلومات شخصية عنك أو عن الغير.
3. الخادم ونقل البيانات
تُرسل البيانات إلى خادم تشغيل يديره المطور (train-api-uep7.onrender.com، مستضاف لدى Render). النقل كله عبر HTTPS؛ نسخة المتجر معطَّل فيها الاتصال غير المشفَّر تمامًا. البيانات مخزَّنة في قاعدة بيانات الخادم بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة وحمايتها من إساءة الاستخدام، دون ضمان تشفير أثناء السكون.
4. أطراف ثالثة تتصل بها شاشة الخريطة
عند فتح الخريطة، يحمّل التطبيق بلاطات الخريطة من خوادم OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org). يعني هذا أن خوادم OpenStreetMap تستلم عنوان IP الخاص بجهازك وطلب البلاطة، كأي طلب صور عادي من الإنترنت، وذلك بغرض عرض الخريطة فقط. الخريطة منقولة بحقوقها: © OpenStreetMap contributors.
ولا يستخدم التطبيق: شبكات إعلانات، ولا أي مكتبة تحليلات أو تتبُّر تسويقية، ولا إشعارات دافعة عبر الإنترنت (لا Firebase Cloud Messaging ولا أي خدمة دفع إشعارات خارجية).
5. الإفصاح عن مكتبات Firebase
يحتوي ملف التطبيق على مكتبات Firebase (أتت من القالب البرمجي للمشروع)، لكن نسخة المتجر لا تحتوي أي إعداد لتلك الخدمات (لا google-services.json) ولا تنفيذ لأي استدعاء لها — فهي معطَّلة ولا تجمع بيانات عنك ولا تتصل بخوادم Google. كما أن مفتاح الذكاء الاصطناعي الموجود في هذه النسخة مجرد نص مؤقت (placeholder) لا يستدعيه أي كود. لو فُعِّلت هذه الخدمات في إصدار لاحق، ستُحدَّث هذه الصفحة قبل النشر.
6. الإشعارات
تنبيهات اقتراب القطار ووصوله هي إشعارات محلية على جهازك فقط؛ تُولَّد داخل التطبيق ولا تُرسل إلى سيرفر إشعارات. يمكنك رفض صلاحية الإشعارات أو إيقافها من إعدادات Android، فتتوقف التنبيهات وتبقى بقية الميزات تعمل.
7. ما يُخزَّن على جهازك والنسخ الاحتياطي
يحفظ التطبيق في مساحة خاصة به (قاعدة بيانات محلية) آخر حصّة متابعة لك (الخط والرحلة والمحطة) ليستأنفها بعد إعادة الفتح. التطبيق يسمح بنظام نسخ Android الاحتياطي الافتراضي، فإذا كنت تفعّل النسخ الاحتياطي عبر Google One فقد تُنقل هذه الإعدادات ضمن نسخة جهازك الاحتياطية أو عند نقل البيانات إلى جهاز جديد. يمكنك إيقاف ذلك من إعدادات Android، ويؤدي حذف بيانات التطبيق أو حذفه إلى إزالة ما على الجهاز.
لا تحتفظ نسخة المتجر بسجلات تشخيص على الجهاز: ميزة السجل التشخيصي معطَّلة في هذه النسخة.
8. الاحتفاظ بحذف بياناتك
- إيقاف المشاركة فورًا: أنهِ حصّة المتابعة من داخل التطبيق أو اسحب صلاحية الموقع من إعدادات Android — لا يستمر التطبيق في إرسال موقعك.
- طلب الحذف: راسلنا على www.toufik.bendjeddah@gmail.com واذكر معرّف الجلسة أو الخط/المحطة المعنيين وأي بيانات تريد إزالتها. ننفّذ الطلب خلال مدة معقولة ونؤكّده بالرد.
- حدود ما نستطيع حذفه: التقارير المجهَّلة التي نُقلت بالفعل إلى شاشة معلومات عامة لا يمكن إرجاعها من شاشات الآخرين بعد عرضها، لكن نحذف مصدرها من الخادم إذا طلبت ذلك.
9. اختياراتك
رفض صلاحية الموقع يمنع ميزات القرب والتتبع المباشر فقط، ولا يمنعك من تصفح المواعيد والمحطات. يمكنك أيضًا إيقاف المشاركة المباشرة من التطبيق، وإيقاف الإشعارات من Android، وإيقاف النسخ الاحتياطي من إعدادات Google.
10. الأطفال
التطبيق خدمة معلومات عامة وغير موجَّه إلى الأطفال، ولا يجمع عمدًا بيانات من أشخاص دون 13 سنة.
11. الأمان وتعديل السياسة
نستخدم وسائل معقولة لحماية البيانات أثناء النقل (HTTPS) والوصول إلى الخادم، وقد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر وظائف التطبيق؛ يظل تاريخ التحديث ظاهرًا أعلى هذه الصفحة. للاستفسارات: www.toufik.bendjeddah@gmail.com.
Win rah train 🚂 — Privacy Policy
This page states plainly what data Win rah train handles when you use its train-radar, map and alert features. The app requires no account, no email and no phone number, and it shows no advertisements.
Important: this is an independent, unofficial information service and is not affiliated with SNTF (the Algerian national railway company). Train positions are built from open data and user reports; they can be inaccurate or late, so do not rely on them alone for a travel decision.

2. Data the app processes
Location: when you open "nearby trains" or enable live monitoring/sharing, the app sends your device coordinates — at the accuracy Android grants you — to the service backend so it can compute nearby trains. This happens only while the app is in the foreground and the tracking session is running.
Session identifier: the app creates a transient technical identifier (a session_id) for your monitoring session so your sharing and reports can be attached to it. It does not reveal your name and is not linked to a personal identity.
Journey data: the line, station, trip and direction you choose to follow, so approach and arrival alerts can fire.
User reports: whatever you deliberately submit about a train (crowding level, delay, optional free text). These reports are shown to other users, so do not include personal information about yourself or other people.
3. Backend and transport
Data is sent to a backend operated by the developer (train-api-uep7.onrender.com, hosted on Render). All transport is HTTPS; cleartext traffic is disabled outright in the store build. Data is kept in the server database as long as needed to run and protect the service, with no at-rest encryption guarantee.
4. Third party contacted by the map screen
When you open the map, the app loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers (tile.openstreetmap.org). That means OpenStreetMap's servers receive your device's IP address and the tile request, like any ordinary image request on the internet, solely to render the map. Map data remains under its own licence: © OpenStreetMap contributors.
The app uses no advertising networks, no analytics or marketing-tracking SDKs, and no online push-notification service (no Firebase Cloud Messaging or any external push provider).
5. Firebase disclosure
The app package contains Firebase libraries (left over from the project's starter template). The store build ships no configuration for those services (there is no google-services.json) and no code that calls them — they are inactive, collect nothing about you and contact no Google servers. The AI key present in this build is an unused placeholder text. If these services are ever enabled, this page will be updated before that release ships.
6. Notifications
Approach and arrival alerts are local notifications generated on your device only; they are not routed through a notification server. You can decline the notification permission or turn notifications off in Android settings — alerts stop, the rest of the app keeps working.
7. What is stored on your device, and backups
In its own private storage the app keeps your last monitoring session (line, trip, station) so it can resume after you reopen it. The app permits Android's default backup, so if you have Google One backup enabled these settings may be included in your device backup or transferred to a new phone. You can turn that off in Android settings; clearing the app's storage or uninstalling removes what is on the device.
The store build does not keep diagnostic logs on the device — the diagnostic logging feature is disabled in this variant.
8. Retention and deleting your data
- Stop sharing immediately: end the monitoring session inside the app, or revoke the location permission in Android settings — the app then stops sending your location.
- Deletion request: email www.toufik.bendjeddah@gmail.com with the session identifier or the affected line/station and the data you want removed. We action the request within a reasonable period and confirm by reply.
- Limits: anonymised reports that were already displayed on other users' screens cannot be pulled back from their devices, but we delete their source from the server when you ask.
9. Your choices
Declining location permission disables only nearby-train and live-tracking features; schedules and stations remain available. You can also stop live sharing in the app, switch off notifications in Android, and disable cloud backup in Google settings.
10. Children
The app is a general information service, is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
11. Security and changes
We use reasonable measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS) and server access, and we may update this policy when the app's functionality changes; the update date stays visible at the top of this page. Questions: www.toufik.bendjeddah@gmail.com.
