AI Photo Studio Chat edits product photos for online sellers. This policy explains exactly what happens to your images and your information.
Your photos are processed on your phone. They are not uploaded to us or to any third party, and the app has no account, no server, and no advertising. There is no analytics software.
This is the most important part of this policy.
When you choose a photo, the app reads it directly from your device's storage. Background removal, enhancement, shadow addition, relighting, and every other operation run in image-processing code executed on your phone. The result is written back to your device.
At no point is a photo transmitted to a remote server. There is no photo-processing API, no cloud inference endpoint, and no per-image upload fee. The app works fully offline for image processing.
You can remove every trace of your data at any time using the "Delete all data" control in Settings, which clears the app's history, saved images, settings, and any downloaded model files.
All of this is stored in private application storage on your device.
AI Photo Studio Chat lets you describe an edit in plain words instead of navigating menus. The instructions you type are interpreted on your device and applied using local image processing.
The app also includes a Smart Analysis feature that inspects a photo you select and suggests improvements based on its brightness, contrast, resolution, and background complexity. This inspection happens locally and is not transmitted anywhere.
If you choose to use voice commands, your device's speech recognition service converts your speech into text. The resulting text is used to issue the edit instruction and is stored only in the conversation history on your device. The microphone is never recorded to a file or uploaded by this app.

Every permission is optional. If you decline one, the matching feature is unavailable and the rest of the app keeps working.
AI Photo Studio Chat offers a free tier with a limited number of edits per month, credit packs, monthly and yearly Pro plans, and a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Google Play. The app receives confirmation that a purchase succeeded and stores a secure fingerprint of the purchase token to prevent duplicate credit grants. It does not receive or store card details.
AI Photo Studio Chat is intended for adults running an online shop or creating product content. It is not directed at children under 13. Because it has no account and collects no personal information, it does not knowingly gather data from children.
Under the GDPR, CCPA and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. All data is stored only on your device and never transmitted to us, so you can exercise every one of these rights yourself, including full deletion, from within the app.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date and noted in the app's release notes.
